Group Classes


A Group Class is for an hour, and the program is designed

  • Pre-workout drills and skill based: Warm-up to prepare for the WoD. 
  • The WoD (Strength Training) - Varies on a daily basis and in continuation of what has been done the previous day to ensure proper technique is followed.
  • Post-workout recovery techniques - to cool down and stretch the target muscle those are fatigued to help in recovery.
